What is an Elopement?
An elopement is an intimate wedding for couples who want a meaningful celebration without the scale of a traditional wedding. Small gatherings are welcome if you wish to include family or friends, while keeping the day personal, relaxed, and deeply authentic. We specialise in Gold Coast Hinterland, Tweed Coast, and Tamborine Mountain locations—from rainforests and mountains to waterfalls and beach hideaways.

Our curated all-inclusive packages include everything you need for a truly elevated elopement—from high-end professional in-room hair and makeup, including artist travel, to custom-made fresh floral arrangements. Each package features a bespoke, heartfelt ceremony, fully tailored to you as a couple and not limited by time, unlike many providers who only offer a brief, generic 5-minute ceremony.

We coordinate every detail—from vendors and styling to timelines and secret ceremony locations—so you can relax, breathe, and fully immerse in your day. Whether it’s a quiet ceremony for two or a small gathering, every element is thoughtfully arranged for an effortless, meaningful experience.
I WANT TO BOOK ASAP! DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?
Yes! To secure your date with Wildhearted & Hitched, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This allows us to lock in your chosen date and begin coordinating all the essentials for your bespoke elopement, including your ceremony location, photographer, florist, hair and makeup artist, stylist, celebrant, and legal paperwork.
The remainder of your payment is due 8 weeks prior to your ceremony date. Please note, all payments are non-refundable, ensuring we can dedicate our full attention to creating your seamless, intimate, and unforgettable day.
Payment plans are also available—simply get in touch if you’d like to discuss options.
CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
Absolutely! We accept credit card payments via PayPal. Simply let us know at the time of booking that you’d like to pay this way, and we’ll get everything set up for you quickly and securely, so you can relax while we take care of the details for your bespoke elopement.
I PREFER TO DO MY OWN HAIR AND MAKEUP, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Absolutely! If you prefer not to include professional hair and makeup in your Wildhearted & Hitched package, simply let us know when booking. We can apply a credit to your quote and still ensure your day is seamless, effortless, and beautifully tailored to your vision.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
All Wildhearted & Hitched packages include team travel within the Central Gold Coast, Tamborine Mountain, and Central Tweed Coast areas. (included service areas)
Ceremony permits for Packages #1, #2, and #3 are an additional cost if required for your chosen location, except where noted:
Gold Coast Beach Permit: Complimentary
NSW Tweed Beach Permit: $155 (at cost)
Gold Coast Standard Park Permit: $130 (at cost)
We handle all permit paperwork on your behalf, ensuring your location is reserved correctly for your specific elopement date and time.
Travel outside of these areas may incur additional team travel charges. For more remote Scenic Rim or Southern Tweed Coast (Byron Shire) locations, please enquire about travel costs and availability before booking accommodation or confirming your ceremony location.

Our mobile professional hair and makeup artists can help you get ready at your home or accommodation in the Central Gold Coast, Northern Tweed Coast, or Tamborine Mountain areas — artist travel is included in your package.

STYLIST FURNITURE PACKAGES
Our Stylist Furniture Packages (furniture hire, delivery, setup, and pack-down) are available for Central Gold Coast, Tamborine Mountain, and Tweed Coast, Northern NSW areas only.
WHAT FRESH CUSTOM FLOWERS CAN I CHOOSE?
Your Wildhearted Floral Artist will be happy to guide you through the process and help you create something completely unique that reflects your style and complements your colour scheme. Our Wildhearted signature bouquets are celebrated for their originality, and we often have a few out-of-the-box ideas that you may not have considered.
After booking your elopement date with us, we ask that you send our floral artist a few inspiration images, including a photo of yourselves if possible. She will combine your ideas with her expertise to design a bespoke bouquet and boutonniere tailored perfectly to you.
Your floral package includes:
A custom-made Wildhearted fresh seasonal bouquet created by our floral artist, plus a matching boutonniere, delivered directly to your accommodation or home within our service area.

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ELOPING?
Before you can marry, Australian law requires that you complete a Notice of Intention to Marry. This must be lodged with your celebrant at least one month before your elopement date.
Once you book with Wildhearted & Hitched, our celebrant will contact you directly to guide you through all the paperwork and assist in creating your personalised ceremony. This process can be completed either:
In person with our celebrant by appointment before your elopement day, or
Remotely from the comfort of your home.
Our aim is to make the legal side simple, stress-free, and seamless, so you can focus entirely on your intimate and meaningful day.

Absolutely! We would love to help you create a beautiful, bespoke vow renewal ceremony that reflects your journey together. Simply let us know, and we’ll craft a meaningful celebration that is entirely your own.
